Job Description:
Stage 1 of the project which includes the club extension comprises of air handling units located on the roof and fan coil units fed by the existing chillers and boilers within the club and 18 ventilation fans. Stage 2A comprises of a VRF System, including cassettes and condensers, and a new exhaust fan serving the Alfresco Gaming Area. The whole system is monitored and controlled by BMCS.
