Job Description:
This redevelopment comprises of four levels of office spaces, classrooms and library/common areas, with a combination of Air Cooled Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) systems, split wall mounted units and Energy Recovery Fresh Air (ERFA) Units. All outdoor condensers units and the ERFA units are located on the roof. In addition to air conditioning, ventilation has been provided to all wet areas and various building amenities.
