J&J Metro Air Conditioning is a wholly Australian owned company whose, aim is to ensure customer satisfaction providing air conditioning, design, installation, service, warranty and preventative maintenance for government departments, local councils, commercial, industrial and domestic projects.

The success of the quality policy of J&J Metro Air Conditioning shall be assured by management and their demonstrated commitment to complete conformance with the Quality aspects of the Integrated Management System (IMS), legal and regulatory requirements and specific customer requirements. This commitment is achieved by implementing and maintaining the quality components of the IMS, as outlined in the Integrated System Management Manual and other supporting documents, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
Management shall require all personnel to be actively engaged in the development and continual improvement of the IMS, and meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
We ensure that this quality policy is understood through training and communicated to interested parties via the company website, company presentations/proposals to clients and on the office noticeboard.
